These terms govern your use of Barbrio to discover barbers, schedule services, request home visits, and make online payments.

Bookings and payments

Prices, travel fees, and cancellation terms are shown before confirmation. Your booking is confirmed only after payment authorization or any required deposit is completed.

Home appointments

You must provide a safe, accessible service location and accurate address details. Barbers may decline or end a visit where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the notice provided and the barber or shop policy displayed during checkout.

Marketplace role

Independent barbers and shops are responsible for delivering their services. Barbrio provides the discovery, booking, communication, and payment platform.
